How much will it cost to ship my order?

All orders over $100 receive complimentary shipping worldwide.

For orders under $100, we keep our shipping fees accessible. Costs are based on your region to ensure your package arrives with care. Here is an estimate:

  • Asia (excl Middle East) & UK: approximately $10
  • Americas & Oceania & Europe: approximately $15
  • All other regions: approximately $20

Your cart will calculate the precise cost for you at checkout. We see this not as a fee, but as an intentioned first step in your item's journey to your altar.

How long will I have to wait to receive my package?

Each item is prepared with intention before beginning its journey to you.

  • Asia & UK & USA: approximately 7-10 business days
  • Europe & Oceania: approximately 10-12 business days
  • All Other Regions: approximately 10-15 business days

Please note these are estimates, and your package may sometimes take a little longer as it travels mindfully across the world.

Will I have to pay any extra import fees or taxes?

We hope not! In our experience, most of our international packages arrive at your doorstep without any extra charges.

To give you a clearer idea, orders shipping to these places often pass through smoothy:

  • Australia (for orders under $1,000 AUD)
  • The European Union (for orders under €150)
  • The United States (for orders under $800)
  • The United Kingdom (for orders under £135)
  • Singapore (for orders under 400 SGD)

Since every country's rules are unique, we recommend checking your local import policies. Please note that if any customs fees, duties, or taxes are applied by your country, these are the responsibility of the customer.

We are unable to control these charges, but we always ensure your package is clearly marked with its value for a seamless journey to your altar.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order begins its journey, we will send you a confirmation email containing a unique tracking number and a link to follow its path.

What is your return & exchange policy?

At Humble Ceremony, each crystal and tool is intentionally selected and prepared as a sacred offering. We deeply trust in the unique connection that guides you to your piece. To honor this spiritual journey and the energy of each item, we maintain a mindful and limited return policy.

Eligibility for Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the sacred nature of our products, we cannot accept returns based on a crystal's energetic properties, size, or color, as these are part of its unique character.

Refunds are offered only under the following conditions:

  • Damaged Upon Arrival: If your item arrives physically broken or damaged from its journey. You must notify us within 7 days of delivery with photographs.
  • Incorrect Item Shipped: If we made an error and sent the wrong item. You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Please note: Our exchange process requires the original item to be returned and refunded before a new order for a different item can be placed. We do not offer direct swaps.

The Refund Process

  1. Contact Us: Email hello@humbleceremony.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs.
  2. Approval & Return: Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  3. Inspection & Refund: After we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
  4. Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we have processed it.

Important Notes

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for Jewelry (for hygiene reasons) or Sale Items.
  • We reserve the right to deny a refund if the item shows signs of use or was not returned in its original condition.
